I went in on Friday to buy hot smoked salmon. …which is delicious, but the lady behind the counter recommended Blue Ling, so I bought both. ..great sales lady. She offered to vac pac it as I said I didnt need it till Monday. Had it tonight roasted with veg, was absolutely delicious. Love it when staff know their product and how to sell it….will be back for more
